Loyalty Programme

1. Eligibility. The Magnificent Rewards program is open to clients aged 16 and over. Enrollment is free and voluntary.
2. Enrollment. Members register with a valid phone number or email address. Each client may hold only one active account.
3. Earning Stamps. One stamp is earned per qualifying treatment, per visit. Gift card purchases, retail products, and deposits do not qualify. Stamps are credited only for services paid in full.
4. Redeeming Rewards. Rewards are redeemed in-studio only, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable between accounts. One reward may be redeemed per visit.
5. Stamp Expiry. Stamps remain valid provided the account shows activity at least once every 12 months. Inactive accounts may be reset at the studio's discretion.
6. Bonus Promotions. Birthday and referral bonuses are subject to verification and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
7. Cancellations & No-Shows. Stamps are not awarded for cancelled, rescheduled, or no-show appointments. Refunded services will have their stamp removed.
8. Program Changes. Magnificent Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the program at any time, with reasonable notice given to members.
9. Privacy. Details collected are used solely to administer the program and for studio communications, in line with our privacy practices. Members may opt out of marketing at any time.
10. Misuse. Any attempt to defraud or manipulate the program, including duplicate or fraudulent accounts, will result in account suspension.
